Offer is valid for a single health check consultation with a veterinarian.
Does not include vaccinations, medications, diagnostics, or treatment.
Does not include an ophthalmology appointment with Dr Gavin Newman and Dr Daniel van Geuns.
Health check is required to obtain the showbag.
Postcard is only valid for one pet.
Bookings are essential.
Postcard must be presented at the time of the appointment.
