How To Know If It’s Covered
- If you want to know your pet insurance coverage before commencing treatment, you can complete a Pre-Approval Request
- Simply complete the online form, upload the procedure estimate and your pet’s patient records
- Alternatively, we can complete this request on your behalf
- Once GapOnly has completed the pre-approval, both you and your vet will receive notification of coverage
